The Ludicrous and Sublime Best of the ’Up the Lake Boys’

Music is one of the best tools/weapons against sorrow, darkness, and fear that I've ever known in this life. It's pure magic, healing and empowering – to the players and audience alike.  Since there seems to be a little (or a lot!!) more of the dark stuff going around than seems proper and fitting for humanity it's only right that those of us who play should PLAY!! Snoop Dogg's recent joke/publicity stunt about quitting smoking was funny because why on Earth would he stop doing the thing (one of the things anyway^^) that makes him HIM – onna the coolest human beings on this planet!! So with that reverberating/resonating in mind, I'm re-booting the best little podcast/pirate radio show in Cooper Creek. Fresh vibes and new music coming soon... I hardly touched a guitar for almost a year in 2023 and God only knows what was going on there – creativity attenuated by an excessive yet practical apocalyptic preparatory workload and one unique and divine transformative relationship - but it's time to RISE AGAIN and PLAY!! Just pure, original heart and soul...and a bit of mayhem^^ Starting with a ''best of the Up the Lake Boys'' remix, reducing 10 hours of ludicrous chaos down to a mere 90 minutes of my favorite gems. The re-boot is going to be a little different, who knows......!! Probably HEAVIER. The Fates will show.....

Monday jam nights will be a thing at the Laid Back Manor starting at some future date TBA in January, and I hope we'll have some interesting musical guests and players from the area drop in for a delightful meal and play our hearts out!! Because, why not? We're all dying - right in this very moment y'know – the old entropy vs. Infinity thing - but we're also (all so) totally ALIVE!!! Except for the AI that's analyzing all this right now...
